Tivoli is a Ukrainian, family-run maker of solid-wood chairs and tables — pieces built for homes and hospitality spaces around the world, and built to last in them.

Our story goes back to 1968, to the roots of industrial woodworking that eventually became ours. In 2010, our family took it over and made it our own, and today, across generations, we still work the way we always have: hands that know wood, alongside precision 5-axis CNC technology, a closed-loop production that wastes nothing, and collaborations with designers who push us to see our craft differently.

Solid Hardwood, nothing hidden
Every piece starts as sustainably sourced European hardwood — mostly beech, oak, and ash. We don't dress up the timber or disguise it; we let its grain, weight, and warmth speak for themselves, built to hold up structurally and feel right under your hands for years.

Where Hands and Precision Meet
More than 170 woodworkers call our workshop home, and they work right alongside advanced machinery, not in spite of it. Hand-sanded finishes and joinery techniques passed down over decades are paired with robotic milling, so a custom contract run and a single signature chair get the same millimeter-level care.

Manufacturing That Respects Where It Came From
Caring about design that lasts means caring about the forest it came from, too. We source wood responsibly, and the offcuts from our own production fuel our drying kilns and heating — nothing goes to waste. We're also steadily expanding our use of solar power, because closing that loop matters to us.

Global Stages, Ukrainian Roots

We've shown our work at Salone del Mobile.Milano, Maison&Objet Paris, and Copenhagen's 3daysofdesign — each time carrying forward what we believe is a genuine renaissance in Ukrainian furniture design. Our collections sit at the place where sculptural simplicity meets architectural warmth:

Strikha Collection — winner of the DNA Paris Design Award (2023) and Muse Design Award (2024). A modern take on traditional Ukrainian architectural silhouettes, reshaped into fluid timber forms that carry heritage into contemporary interiors.

Calm Collection — European Design Award (2023), first shown in Milan. Calm is about restraint: honest proportions, quiet functionality, and letting the grain of the wood do the talking.
