Warranty and return of goods

WARRANTY PERIOD AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty period for products is 18 months.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees repair or replacement if the consumer has not violated the operating rules.
Claims regarding the appearance of the product, as well as non-conformity with the order, are accepted only upon receipt of the product.
Free warranty repairs apply to furniture defects that arise due to the fault of the manufacturer.

The product has been damaged mechanically or in any other way due to dropping, transportation, storage or careless use.
Furniture damaged by pets, fire, chemical liquids, and negligent behavior.
The restoration and repair of the furniture was carried out by the Buyer independently.
The buyer has modified the design or components of the product.
There are defects that the Buyer was aware of at the time of sale and as a result of which the Buyer received an individual discount.

The product is subject to return within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
In case of ordering a product from stock - the refund is 100%. If the product is made to order - the prepayment of 50% is non-refundable.
Custom-made goods are not eligible for return. Custom-made goods are those that are designed according to your own design or have changed the standard colors, fabrics, or sizes of the product.
In case of returning the goods, the customer pays additional costs (delivery of goods to the warehouse, removal services, dismantling).
